Jonathan and Sharon Ngai founded Transformations Community Church in 2003. The Lord has used them to train and raise up many emerging leaders in the Church, on Campuses, and in the Marketplace. A number of different ministries have been launched from the womb of TCC including STRIKE LA (in 2005), the Reformation House of Prayer (in 2006), and most recently Justice Speaks (in 2010). Jonathan walks in a strong gift of faith that is not only evident in his life - but is contagious to those who know him and hear him. He is a gifted communicator and has preached a message of holiness and wholeheartedness to a whole generation which has bridged culture, age, ethnicity, and background. Jonathan also carries a 'Joseph Anointing' - a keen sense of how to release and manage Kingdom Finances.
Sharon has been called to be a voice of justice in this generation - to speak on behalf of those who have no voice and to defend the rights of the afflicted and needy. She carries a deep love for the marginalized especially those who have been bound in pornography, prostitution, and human trafficking. She is an advocate and spokesperson for this cause which is so heavy on the Heart of God. Sharon also has a heart to see women arise to their destiny and serves as a young leader in the Deborah Company. Both Jonathan and Sharon are graduates from the University of Southern California and Fuller Theological Seminary. Together, they serve as National Focus Leaders of the Reformation Prayer Network. They have two young boys, Elijah (Age 5) and Ezekiel (Age 3).

Welcome to the Transformations Community Church (TCC) website. We are so blessed to be a part of a forerunning company that is called to bring forth transformation into every sphere of our society. God is moving in an unprecedented way in this hour - and our desire is to see God consecrate, equip, and prepare EVERY INDIVIDUAL to live out His Dream for our lives. We realize that in order to carry out this mandate - we need one another. We have been so blessed here at TCC to be a part of a deep, authentic community that is knit by love, trust, and a deep commtiment to one another. We know that as God continues to build on this foundation - kings and queens of the Kingdom are going to rise up to their places in culture as the Church takes its proper place in our society (Deuteronomy 28:1-14)
Thanks for stopping by the website - hope to see you in person in the days ahead!!
Blessings -

TCC is committed to come alongside student leaders who have a vision to see their campuses transformed. Through mentoring, discipleship, and strategic planning, we desire to see a hunger for God's Presence on every campus that will lead to the establishing of Houses of Prayer at every school.

Justice Speaks exists to be a voice for the oppressed in our society through advocacy, training, and reform. As an organization, we are deeply concerned about the violation of human rights and desire to see life and dignity restored to individuals. Abuse, violence, and slavery are injustices that many face on a daily basis. Human Trafficking, in particular, is the fastest growing criminal enterprise and foremost human rights issue of our time. With the growing number of trafficked victims worldwide, Justice Speaks seeks to be a voice for the vulnerable and to those who are enslaved in sexual exploitation. Poverty, lack of education, and gender discrimination are all contributing factors to the injustice that many women and children face today. Justice Speaks seeks to advocate for their rights and to reform laws and structures in society to bring about justice for this population.
Justice Speaks is founded upon a call to “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are oppressed” (Proverbs 31:8). Those who are unable to speak for themselves are looking to those who can. It is the responsibility of all to contribute their part in making the voice of the oppressed known. Make a commitment to take part in a modern-day justice movement that not only hears about injustice, but takes action in being agents of freedom.
